All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change at any time without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery where available.

Please give your correct name, phone number and delivery address. We may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order. We may cancel or refuse an order if the details are incorrect, we cannot reach you, the item is out of stock, or we suspect a mistake or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, you will be refunded.

We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Delivery times, charges and other details are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by couriers, weather or other things outside our control are not our responsibility, but we will always try to help you track your order.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy. Because of hygiene reasons, some intimate items may not be returnable once opened or worn. Please read the policy before ordering.

Sometimes a price, description or picture may contain a mistake. We may correct such errors or cancel the order, even after it is placed, and we will inform you if that happens.

You agree not to use the website for anything unlawful, to harm or disturb the website, to copy or scrape our content, or to give false information. All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Social Mart and may not be used without our written permission.
