Orders and Payment
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. The payment options available for your order are shown at checkout.
How do I place an order?
Choose your product and size, add it to your cart and check out with your name, phone number and full delivery address. We may confirm your order by call or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if your order has not been shipped yet. Please message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number.
Delivery
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver to all cities across Pakistan through our courier partners.
What are your delivery charges?
We offer affordable delivery rates across Pakistan, and sometimes run free shipping promotions on selected orders. The exact delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 working days in major cities and 5 to 7 working days in other areas.
Is my order packed discreetly?
Yes. All orders are packed in plain, private packaging.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene reasons, panties, bra panty sets with opened packaging, stockings, nipple pasties and body tapes cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Do I pay delivery charges for a return or exchange?
For size or preference-based exchanges, the customer pays the delivery charges. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover the delivery cost.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund.
How do I get a refund?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number. Once we receive and check your return, we will process the refund within 7 working days.
Can I return a product after 7 days?
Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
What happens if my return is not approved?
If an item does not meet the return conditions, we will send it back to you and explain the reason clearly.
